Rev. Samuel Ikpea, national chairman, Nigeria football supporters club, nfsc, have join other sport loving personalities in Nigeria and Edo state in particular to send condolence to Edo people and Bendel Insurance football club of Benin over the death of their media officer on Friday.
Ikpea made this know when he was speaking to the Nigeria observer sport during a phone interview in the Ealing hours on Saturday. He said, he was shook to receive the news of the young man who he describe as a very promising media practitioner in the sporting world.
'I was very shock when I got the news concerning the death of Mr Edoseghe Eguakun the media officer to Bendel insurance. This is a great lose to all lovers of sport, especially in the living life of the club, they needed him more because since the inception of this new NNl season he has being spreading the good deeds of the club both home and away.
'We at the supporters club shear from the pain. I sympathize with you.
Ikpea added.
Meanwhile, Edo chapter, nfsc and chairman of Bendel Insurance supporters club, Chief Osadolor Ogiefa also said the death of Edo's till now looks like dream as he said he could not believe the young man is no more.
Edosaghe Eguakun, who course for death is yet to be know was said to have slumped why walking along Plymouth road and body has now be deposited in an undisclosed mortuary in Benin, until his death was a sport presenter with Africa Independent Television, AIT, Benin, media officer to Bendel insurance football club of Benin and 2017 award winner of Edo FA, radio sport presenter of the year.
