How Edo house of Reps member applauds new NDDC chairman

The member representing Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode Federal Constituency, House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Patrick Aisowieren has congratulated the former Deputy Governor of Edo State Dr. Pius Odubu on his appointment as the Chairman, Governing Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
In a statement released by his legislative aid, Liberty Omoruyi, the lawmaker said Odubu's appointment is coming at a time when Edo and indeed the Niger Delta region is yearning for active and complementary sources for development as no one government can solve the numerous problems Bedeviling the region.
According to the statement, "Odubu being a former member of the National Assembly and former Deputy Governor of Edo State, is armed with the necessary experience to make things work for good as far as NDDC is concerned"
" I urged the new Chairman of the Governing Board of the NDDC to retrospect the challenges of development facing Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode Federal Constituency which he has had the privilege of representing and use this apple opportunity created by this nomination to re-write history and leave an enviable impact across the federal constituency, Edo State and the entire Niger Delta region"
" We in Orhionmwon thank God for choosing a man from our LGA and wish Dr. Pius Odubu a remarkable tenure ahead he concluded.
