Lockdown: NAWOJ fete with Amadin Orphanage

The Chairperson of Nigeria Association of Women Journalist, NAWOJ, Edo state chapter Comrade Adesuwa Ehimuan has challenged women as first caregivers in their homes be conscious of their environments at all times.

Comrade Ehimuan gave the charge when she led NAWOJ executives on a solidarity visit to Amadin Orphanage home to present palliatives to cushion the effects of covid19 pandemic.

She enjoined Nigerians to adhere strictly to all  precautionary measures against Covid 19 by washing their hands regularly under running water and soap, frequent use of alcohol based hand  sanitizer, wearing of face mask, and observing social distancing.



Receiving the items ,the manager, Amadin orphanage home, Mrs  Mary Enumas thanked the members for the kind gesture towards the orphanage home.

Some of the children who could not hide their joy and kindness, Mary and Osamudiame  thanked the Association for their love and also prayed for end to covid-19 pandemic to enable life return to normal.
