Benin city- All is now set for Lydia school old students association (LOSA) Benin city to host it first ever 6 aside tournament in Benin the state capital today.
The march 31 tournament which is scheduled to hold at the Benin recreational club, number 1 ikpokpan road, GRA by 2pm is expected to feature four participating team which includes: LOSA fc, Vuvuzela fc, Edo queens and RBC Bombers.
According to a statement from the organising committee Mr. Bakumo Ebimami and Mr. Anthony Ipogah, they said, the 6 aside football tournament is the first of it kind in the Benin city.
'as part of a way of giving back to our 'amamata', the old students deem it fit enough to host such huge tournament in conjunction with Benin recreational club. We must show to the younger generation that we are proud of the school'.
Meanwhile, there will be launching of LOSA football club during the event which will witness the present of prominent personalities like the former APC Chairmanship aspirant in Orhionmwon Local Government, Mr. Etin Odiase, Eromosele Edeoghon among others.
