Banking Service Set To Commence In Urhonigbe

Orhionmwon - After years of it existence, Urhonigbe community in Orhionmwon local government area of Edo state will start to experience banking services as indigenes set to launch P.O.S/Agency banking this weekend.

In a statement signed by the Chairman, Board of Trustees of Urhonigbe Community Association Of Nigeria (UCAN), Mr. Etin Odiase, all have been perfected for the epoch making event.

According to Mr Odiase, "the long anticipated banking services in our dear community is 100% set for launching, i'm glad to announce to my people in my community (Urhonigbe) that the era of traveling to neighboring town for banking transaction is over, in no distant time other banking activities with physical structure will inform of having a branch of the commercial bank here in Urhonigbe"

"We are going to have marketers from the bank IDUMWONOGO primary school and another in OKAO section to open accounts while the commissioning will be at the selected agents locations."

The Board of Trustees Chairman who issued the statement through UCAN Secretary General, Ogbezuwa Endurance however enjoyed all sons and daughters of Urhonigbe to avail themselves for the event which he said will give birth to other developmental project.
